The South West Peoples'Democratic Party, (PDP) has expressed outrage at the last Sunday's killings of innocent people of Igangan in the Ibarapa area of Oyo State by Fulani herdsmen.

This is, as the Party calls for urgent international action against imminent collapse of "failed state called Nigeria".

The opposition party in a terse statement from the office of it's Zonal Publicity Secretary personally signed by Chief Sanya Atofarati said; "It is obvious that a failed state, called Nigeria is in a state of war as the entire country suddenly turned to a killing field under the watch of a retired army General!

"The invasion of killer Fulani murderers on Sunday at Igangan in Ibarapa area of Oyo State where scores of residents including innocent children were murdered in cold blood, was most callous, wicked and unacceptable by the peace loving Yoruba nation.

"From the viral video of the gory scene of bloodbath at Igangan, it only shows that people's patience had been over stressed and may result to self help any time soon when it is glaring that no government is in place to secure them.

"Recall that months ago, Ibarapa land which is the food basket of Oyo State had been sacked by Fulani herders killing and chasing away farmers from their ancienstral land for cattle to feed, similar to how the Yewa people of Ogun State were now refugees in foreign land.

"No nation survives from two civil wars but the present APC led government lacks the capacity to unite the country by it's body language which favors a divided nation.

"We are now calling for urgent international action particularly AU and UN against this inept and clueless government to wade in before the country descent to another Somali. It is better to be late than be sorry"
