While noting that the security challenges predate the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, but that the issues had been terribly aggravated. The group said the murder of Olakunrin by suspected herdsmen along the Benin-Ore highway had brought to the fore the terrible experience of ordinary people and local communities in the hands of bandits.
