Fayemi signed eight bills passed into law by the outgoing Assembly members.

Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, signed eight bills passed into law by the outgoing State House of Assembly at the Conference Hall of the Governor's Office on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

The governor made it public in one of his social media account that;
"This morning, I signed 8 Laws - passed by the outgoing 5th Ekiti State House of Assembly".

The Eight newly signed  Laws are:

1. Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA) Law 2019

2. Ekiti State Administration of Civil Justice Law 2019

3. Ekiti State Property Protection (anti land grabbing) Law 2019

4. College of Agriculture and Technology, Isan Ekiti (Re-enactment) Law 2019

5. Ekiti State Security Trust Fund amendment Law 2019

6. 2019 Local Government Appropriation Law

7. Ekiti State Change of Government Official logo Law 2019

8. Ekiti State Waste Management Authority Repeal Law 2019
