All Progressives Congress (APC) Ekiti state Chapter, ratified the suspension of former Governor of the state Engr Segun Oni, Ex-rep member Hon. Bimbo Daramola and Chief Bunmi Ogunleye from the party.
Also the supporters of Engr Segun Oni in the last governorship election in the state, the likes of Hon. Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo had been suspended and Dr Ife Arowosoge has been summoned by his Ward Exco while that of Sen. Tony Adeniyi will be next week.
The suspension might have be as a result of the legal battle between the former governor Engr Segun Oni and his camp against the sitting governor Dr Kayode Fayemi over his eligibility to contest the last governorship election that he won.
The outcome of the supreme Court favoured the sitting governor. He extended his loving hand to the camp of Engr Segun Oni but things have not been going well with Oni's camp in the party.
